Zach Stanley isn’t just a high-producing realtor in Northwest Arkansas—he’s on a mission to help people achieve financial freedom through real estate. With over $60 million in sales in his first five years, 10 investment properties, and 1-2 new builds a year, he doesn’t just talk the talk—he walks it. Zach sees himself as more than just an agent; he’s a financial strategist, helping clients analyze their portfolios and make smart, wealth-building moves in real estate.
Before diving into the world of real estate, Zach played four years of college baseball while earning his business administration degree. These days, when he’s not negotiating deals, you’ll find him golfing, working out, or living out his faith in Jesus.
He’s married to Tori Stanley, a former Survivor Season 42 contestant and social media influencer with nearly 300,000 followers. Tori is passionate about helping women overcome disordered eating through therapy, making a real impact in the lives of many.
Real estate runs in Zach’s blood—his mom, Tina Stanley, is also a local agent, and his dad, Tim Stanley, has been running TDS IT, a Northwest Arkansas business, for nearly 30 years.
Brian Wagers, the founder of Wagers Capital and CIO at Elevate Commercial Investment Group, transitioned from an early sales career where he produced over $100M in sales to becoming an active multi family real estate operator & investor. Over 8 years & 33 multifamily deals later , he amassed a portfolio of 100 multifamily doors with no investors and partners, over 500 units with friends and family and progressed to syndication, with an active involvement in over 5,500 doors or $500M in apartment transactions. Now he is helping investors to maximize their investment portfolios growth and protection of downside through strategic placements where he is participating as both a limited partner and general partner.
Brian has been married to his wife Jennifer for over 5 years (who was also part of his early real estate journey). They are parents to a 2 year old boy with another boy on the way spring of 2025. They have two dogs and two cats. Brian is a fitness enthusiast and loves football, tennis, pickleball, boxing and any sport that requires you to sweat (not a golfer). He strives to be the best version of himself outside of business and currently can do 67 good form pushups in a row with an above average 5k time.

Brandon is a top 50 solo real estate agent in Northwest Arkansas, specializing in helping investors—both large and small—find, analyze, and purchase properties in the region. With hands-on experience flipping homes, house hacking, and owning investment properties in Bentonville, Brandon brings real-world expertise to every conversation and is on a pursuit to gain financial freedom through real estate in Northwest Arkansas.
Born and raised in Northwest Arkansas, Brandon has deep roots in the community, coming from a family that has been buying and selling real estate here for generations. Alongside his wife, Mattie, and their beloved dachshund Winston—he’s passionate about sharing insights on the local market and making real estate investing more accessible for large and small investors wanting to just get started.
